To make your stay most enjoyable, please review the information below:
|Ø A Resort fee is applicable to all RCI Guests. $35 – $88.30 plus hst (cdn) Please review your RCI confirmation regarding this fee as this is payable at check in. (NOT APPLICABLE DURING LOCK DOWN)
Ø A pre-authorized deposit of $300 cdn is processed to cover any incidents incurred during your stay. This is released after your unit is checked.
Ø No Pet policy is enforced unless the pet is certified as a service animal. You must pre register with documentation that will be reviewed.
Ø We are a non-smoking (vaping) facility.
Ø For your convenience: One kitchen & bathroom courtesy kit is provided. You may purchase extra as needed.
Ø Amenities and area attractions are seasonal or unavailable (please inquire prior to your arrival). Check websites for area businesses hours of operation.
Ø No unit upgrades. One level occupancy must be requested well in advance of your stay.
Ø Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Over occupancy will result in forfeiture of the unit.
Ø Late check out requests are not available. After 10:00 a.m. a late charge will apply. ($50 per hour)
Ø 1 bedroom – max 4 people, 2 bedroom – max 6 people – 3 bedroom – max 8 people.
Ø PHYSICAL DISTANCING\MASKS MANDATORY IN ENCLOSED AREAS: 2M DISTANCE
Ø DAILY POOL HOURS: 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Due to physical distancing, half hour increments are to be scheduled one per day and up to 2 days in advance.
Ø DAILY FITNESS & GAMES ROOM: 8 a.m. -9 p.m. (Parents must supervise children) Must schedule time at the Front Desk.
During the winter season, the resort grounds are cleared of snow when more than 7 cms falls. Freezing rain, please stay in your unit until we are able to ensure a safe walking area. Each building will have salt available should you notice a slippery spot, however, our staff will be around to ensure of safety.
Ø Any damage(s) to a unit or resort property will be the responsibility of the confirmed\designated person and not Calabogie Lodge Resort.
Ø Any injuries to guest(s) due to their own negligence on the resort property, is the responsibility of the confirmed\designated person and not Calabogie Lodge Resort.
Ø Any theft or damage of PERSONAL items\ equipment, is the responsibility of the confirmed\designated person and not Calabogie Lodge Resort.
*Due to unforeseen circumstances, should accommodations be prevented during this time frame, Calabogie Lodge may make alternate accommodations for another time frame for the guest(s).
